This product (local network devices) for the band 5150-

5250 MHz is only indoor usage to reduce potential for harmful

interference to co-channel Mobile Satellite systems.

High power radars are allocated as primary users (meaning

they have priority) of 5250-5350 MHz and 5650-5850 MHz and

these radars could cause interference and/or damage to LELAN

devices.

External Antenna

This device has been designed to operate with the WWAN

antenna having a maximum gain of 4dBi for the 850MHz band,

3dBi for the 1700MHz band and 3dBi for the 1900MHz band.

WWAN Antenna having a higher gain is strictly prohibited per

regulations of Industry Canada. The Required antenna imped-

ance is 50 ohms.

To reduce potential radio interference to other users, the an-

tenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent

isotropically radiated power (EIRP) is not more than that re-

quired for successful communication.

Ce dispositif a été conçu pour fonctionner avec l’antenne de ré-

seau étendu sans l (WWAN) avec un gain maximum de 4 dBi

dans la bande de 850 MHz, 3 dBi dans la bande de 1 700 MHz

et 3 dBi dans la bande de 1 900 MHz. Les règlements d’Industrie

Canada interdisent l’utilisation d’une antenne WWAN dont le

gain serait supérieur à cette limite. L’antenne doit avoir une
