Scanning/

Select "Email", and then enter the

Email Address or select an Email

Address from the Address Book.

Select "Email".

Press the Start key.

● When scanning from the Platen Glass, place

the next original and follow the instructions

described on the touch panel display.

Address Book

The Address must be registered in advance.

Subject: Enter the subject using the Keyboard.

Keyboard: Allows manual input of the Email

Address, Subject, etc.

Email Addressing

Select "Keyboard"

Address Book: Returns to the Address Book

screen.

Select To, Cc,

Bcc or From.

Select an

Email Address

Select "Close".

Enter the Email

Address

Select "OK".

Select "Basic Menu" to select the

required setting mode.

Select "Basic Menu".

● After Selecting [OK], the screen returns to the

Email screen.

● To check the addresses that have been

selected, select "Addresses:000" (The

"Addresses:000" button becomes active only

when the address is selected).
