Setting the Department Code

NOTE

1. If you make a mistake, use or to move the cursor beyond the incorrect character, press

then re-enter the correct Department Name.

2. When enabling the Dept. Code feature for the first time, it is important to Print the Journal by

pressing , , , and in order to erase the previous journal

contents.

To record another Department Code, repeat steps 6 to 10.

To return to standby, press .
