Setting the TEL/FAX mode ring count

This feature determines the number of rings after which the unit automatically answers a call in the TEL/FAX

mode.

You can choose from 1 to 4 rings.

Press (MENU).

Display:

Press K, then @ I.

Press (START/COPY/SET).

Press or to select the desired number.

Press (START/COPY/SET).

Press (MENU).

Note:

¡If you increase the number of rings, you may not be

able to receive documents from some older types of

facsimile machines.
