Observe the following to keep Genius Sensor

functioning efciently.

■ Follow instructions for quantity of oil.

Amount: 200 g to 800 g (0.22 L to 0.9 L)

Depth: minimum 1 cm

■ Place the pan in the centre of the cooking zones.

■ Do not use hot oil, brown-coloured oil, cloudy oil,

or oil with food sediment.

■ Observe the recommendations for suitable

cookware. (See pages 17-18)

■ Ensure the top plate and bottom of the pan are dry

and clean.

■ Do not add ingredients before the temperature

display stops ashing. Heating may stop due to an

abnormality detected.

■ Once preheating has started, do not add oil or

move the pan to another cooking zone.

NOTE

To minimise the splattering of oil, ensure the pan is dry and clean.
