Concerning Low Light Shot
When recording dark scenes, set [LOW LIGHT SHOT] to [AUTO]. (When the
shutter speed is 1/25, Low Light Shot is activated, and the [4CARD]
Indication appears.)
≥When [AUTO] is set for Low Light Shot, the brightness of the moving picture
may suddenly be changed depending on the scene to be shot.
≥When the Programme AE is set, Low Light Shot will not be activated even
when [LOW LIGHT SHOT] is set to [AUTO].
Recording from a Cassette (VCR Mode)

Slide the [TAPE/CARD] Selector to [CARD].

Slide the [PICTURE/MPEG4/VOICE] Selector to [PICTURE].

Set the [PICTURE QUALITY] on the [CARD SETUP] Sub-
Menu to desired picture quality.

Start playback and press the [PHOTO SHOT] Button at the
scene you want to record.

Automatically Copying Still Pictures That Have Already
Been Recorded on a Tape
The images with the Photo Index signals are automatically recorded to the
Card.

Set the Movie Camera to Still Playback Mode at the scene
immediately before you want to start copying images.

Set [VCR FUNCTIONS] >> [PLAYBACK FUNCTIONS] >>
[RECORD TO CARD] >> [YES].
≥Search starts from the current Tape position, and images with Photo
Index signals are recorded onto the Card sequentially.
≥During copying, the Indication

appears.
To Stop Automatic Recording
Push the Operation Lever towards [∫].
