Chapter 3 Setting Up

Click “Properties”.

Click the “Sharing” tab.

Select “Share this printer”, and then

enter the Share Name.

Ex: Panasonic

z If you need to install an alternative printer

driver for your client OS, click “Additional

Drivers”. You can manually add the printer

driver by following the instructions on the

screen. To easily create the printer drivers

for various OS, use the PrnCopy.exe before

the installation.

Click “OK” to close the screen.

Add the Printer Driver if your client OS is

different from the Network Print Server.

z Add the printer driver if your client OS is different

from the Network Print Server.

z Perform the following procedures to add the

Printer Driver for the operating system of your

client PC.

1. Open the Panasonic Document Management

System CD-ROM with the Explorer.

2. Open the “Tools” folder, and then open the

“PrnCopy” folder.

3. Double-click “PrnCopy.exe”.

4. Click “Y”, and then click “Enter”.

The Printer Driver for the operating system will be

added in the folder created on the desktop. (See

pages 9 to 16)
