Writing Printing Information on a

MultiMediaCard or SD Memory

Card

(DPOF Settings)

The pictures to be printed, the number of prints and

other printing-related information (DPOF settings) can

be written on the MultiMediaCard.

“DPOF” stands for “Digital Print Order Format”, and it

enables printing information to be added to pictures in

the MultiMediaCard so that it can be used by any

system that supports DPOF.

≥The same settings can be performed using the short-

cut menu. (p. 118)

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to

select [VARIABLE],

then press it.

To make one print of all

the pictures, select

[ALL 1]; to prevent all the

pictures from being

printed, select [ALL 0].

Slide the [OFF/ON/

MODE] Switch from the

[ON] position to put the

Movie Camera in the

Card Playback Mode.

≥The number of prints can be set from 0 to 99.

≥The [¥] Mark

2 appears to indicate pictures for

which 1 or more prints have been set.

≥Perform the DPOF settings with your own Movie

Camera in use.

≥It may take some moments to verify the DPOF

settings. Wait until the [ACCESS] Lamp goes off.

Set [DPOF SETTING] on

the [CARD EDITING]

Sub-Menu to [YES].

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to

select the pictures, and

then press it.

The number of prints

established by the DPOF

setting is displayed.

Verifying the DPOF Settings

Select [VERIFY] in step

above. The picture for

which 1 or more prints have been set by DPOF is

played back in succession (Slide Playback).

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to

select the number of

prints, and then press

it.

Repeat steps
